The Port O' Call Banquet and Conference Center offers you and your guests a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Michigan. Our distinct banquet and conference center is the perfect place to host command events, receptions and conferences.  Whatever the occasion: retirement, change of command, wedding, training seminar, our professional catering coordinators will help design the perfect event for you.  Our commitment to service will make your event unforgettable.  We pride ourselves on offering quality catering at affordable prices.  Port O’ Call is available to both military and civilian personnel and the general public.  Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Special Functions/Parties/Reception
Retirement parties, dining-in socials, weddings, wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, reunions, and business meetings can be held at the Port O' Call Banquet and Conference Center. The banquet menu features hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, buffet and plated meals, as well as several value-priced packages for any occasion. Special authorization by CNIC has been granted to allow the local Great lakes civilian community access to the Port O' Call for special contracted functions. Contact the Port O' Call catering representatives for details.

Audio/Visual
The Port O' Call maintains a small inventory of podiums, microphones and projector screens that are available to Naval Station and tenant Commands at no charge. For other audio/visual equipment, the following charges apply. All fees are per day.
-Podium and Microphone: $25
-Flip charts with Pads and Markers: $20
-Internet Service in Conference Room: No Charge
-Laptop Computer: $100
-HP Laser Jet Printer: $50
-LCD Projector and Screen: $150 (for Power Point presentations, DVD's, Slide shows etc)
-IT Support: Rates determined by time and support needed
-Teleconferencing Service: $50 (board room only)

Miscellaneous Fees and Charges
The following fees are in addition to any food and beverage charges, service charges and gratuities:
Server/Bartenders - $95.00 each. To be charged when a group requests staff in addition to the customary amount needed for their event. Cake Cutting and Service Fees - 75 cents per person.

Conference Fees (0800-1630, Monday-Friday)
Customized conference packages are available to fit the individual needs of the group. If a package is not selected, room fees and all other equipment and labor fees apply. contact a catering representative for conference information. Refer to Conference Information link above.
