Great Lakes - Community Recreation

**ATTENTION MWR CUSTOMERS**

Due to an ongoing phone and internet outage, the Marina and Community Recreation Office (Bldg. 13) is unable to process transactions or receive phone calls and voicemails. This outage has impacted our ability to support customer services including the purchasing of tickets, payments for contract renewals, gear rentals, and RV campground reservations. We are diligently working with installation communications partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

For Tickets and Travel needs, please feel free to contact the MWR Tickets and Travel Office nearest to your attraction destination for support. For Orlando attractions such as Disney and Universal, the Naval Station Mayport Tickets and Travel Office can provide special assistance for Great Lakes patrons. They can be reached at 904-270-5145.

"Activating your life through recreational fun!"  Community Recreation encompasses recreational opportunities in the form of events, activities, trips and classes. Programming is open to active duty members, dependents, retirees and DOD civilians. Community Recreation also provides leisure travel and local attraction ticket services, outdoor gear and picnic/party rentals, coordinates base wide special events, maintains the MWR parks, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds, and gives support to commands planning official quality of life functions.
