The 5 Bar Challenge is a level based training and lifting competition that combines the 3 major lifts of Powerlifting (squat, bench and deadlift) and the 2 major lifts of Weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk). Your goal is to complete all 5 lifted for a combined total. Based on your results you will be awarded a ranking badge (1 being the lowest/5 being the highest).
*All group exercise classes are free to active duty, dependents and civilians.
