If you enjoy cycling, but you also like to use weights and kettlebells during your workout routine, you can get the best of both worlds with our Circuit Cycle class! Circuit Cycle is a 100% total body workout. This high-energy class will use hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, kettlebells, and your own body weight to sculpt and tone your entire body. Be prepared to get your heart rate up! The time on the bike will be spent peddling along to appropriately chosen music, in a mix of hill climbs, flat roads and more!.
*All group exercise classes are free to active duty, dependents and civilians.
