- Entry forms will be distributed to all barracks by Fri., Aug. 25. MWR will collect completed entry forms from each participating barracks on Fri., Sept. 8. Five rolls of duct tape will be provided by the MWR Department upon entry.
- All other participating teams must complete an entry form located at the Community Recreation and Marina Office B13 by Fri., Sept. 8 and will receive five rolls of duct tape after submitting their form.
- Additional duct tape is allowed but must be acquired by the group.

Captain's Cup Remembrance 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk
- Date/Time: Mon., Sept. 11 at 4:30pm
- From: Courts Plus, B4
- Cost: Free
- Eligibility: Open to all base personnel
- Team Registration: Commands must submit a five person roster to compete in the Captain's Cup run series. Registration is due in B4 by Mon., Sept. 11 at noon
- Individual registration: Not required, show up and run
- For the 2023 run season, MWR will be tracking each runner’s participation. At the end of the run season, prizes will be given to runners who participated in 2, 4, and 6 races (while supplies last - first come first serve).

Captain's Cup Bowling League
- Season Begins: Thurs., Oct. 5

1000lb & 500lb Club
The 1000lb & 500lb Club is an exclusive weightlifting club for both male and female lifters. To become a “member” of the club, participants must perform one repetition of a squat, bench press and deadlift with a combined weight of 1000lb or more for males and 500lbs or more for females. Competitors will then be recognized on our Club Board at Gym 4 in the Warrior Zone.
