Annual Holiday Card Challenge
Gather a command, unit, schoolhouse, barracks, work group, or official on-base/DoD affiliated organization and join MWR in a fan favorite holiday tradition - MWR’s annual Holiday Card Challenge! Each team will create a life size card to be displayed on Ross Field for the holiday season. Cards will be judged based on Best Holiday Theme, Most Military Pride, Most Artistic, and People’s Choice. 100 Word Count Flash Fiction Writing Contest
Nov. 1-30 | Fiction Can Be Fun!
November is National Novel Writer's Month, so we are conducting a 100 Word Count Flash Fiction Writing Contest! Winners will be based on originality, grammar, and word count. Turn in your submissions to the Library (B617) no later than Thurs., Nov. 30 at 8pm. Winners will be announced on Wed., Dec. 8. Open to all MWR eligible customers.

Stay Healthy During the Holiday Season

Don’t let the holidays distract you from your health and fitness goals! Inspire others by sharing what you do to stay fit during the holiday season. Stop by any of MWR’s Fitness facilities to fill out a card with a workout, a recreational activity, a nutritional recipe or anything you do to reach your health and fitness goals. Cards will be posted on the wall throughout the holiday season.
Open Wrestling Events

Indoor Super Sprint Triathlon
Compete in our Indoor Super Sprint Triathlon. A twist on the original: 500 yard swim, 6 mile bike, and 2000 meter row. As the name implies, a sprint triathlon is the shortest category of races. This is a great way to test your training for the outdoor race season. All athletic levels are welcome. Set your own pace. Do the super sprint triathlon individually, or in a team of three.
