Principles of Weightlifting:
A 60 minute class focusing primarily on improving the technical execution of the squat, bench, deadlift and related lifts. Programming is focused on the needs of the group; along with necessary modification for individual athletes as determined by coach. Weekly training programs to be done on your own will be given to those who attend class.
*All group exercise classes are free to active duty, dependents and civilians.
